SiteCircles is designed to be the single source of truth on your projects. We provide free access to all your project partners to ensure full adoption across the project team. Your guests require no licenses and there are no limits on number of drawings or team members on any projects. SiteCircles drives accountability with easy to access logs of all activity accessible to all project team members.
Although designed for ease of access, SiteCircles offers you complete control over the security of your information. Security can be set up as granularly as desired down to the individual drawing.
For project team members, access management is simplified by adding a team member to a group, called Circles. Circles can contain as many or as few members as you like and are the primary mechanism used to set access permissions. There is a drawing access matrix that allows for easy setup of access permissions across all your drawings.
To keep all document control in a single place, we have also built the ability to share information once off to people not in the project Circles or even members of SiteCircles. This ensures even the once off drawing issues are tracked.
